Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order

There's no minimum spend and no premium tier. Every UK order ships free.

When your order goes out

Order before 2pm on a working day and it's dispatched the same day.
Anything after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, goes out the next working
day.

We're a small team, so on rare occasions — usually the run-up to Christmas —
dispatch can take an extra day. If that's going to affect your order we'll email
you rather than leave you wondering.

How long it takes

UK mainland 1-2 working days from dispatch 
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands | [3–5] working days

These are the carrier's typical times, not guarantees. We send with
Royal Mail 24/48

You'll get a dispatch confirmation by email, with tracking where the service
includes it.

If it doesn't arrive

Please give it 7 working days from dispatch before chasing — most late parcels
turn up in that window.

After that, email quisteluk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll either chase
the carrier or send a replacement. We won't make you wait weeks while a claim
grinds on.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't got it, check with neighbours and
any safe place first, then tell us and we'll take it up.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order goes to a
wrong address you supplied, we can't be responsible for it — but tell us
quickly and we'll help however we can. If you spot a mistake before we dispatch,
email quisteluk@gmail.com straight away and we'll correct it.

Outside the UK

We currently ship to the UK only.

Trade and wholesale

We supply groomers and independent pet shops. Trade orders ship on different
terms — get in touch at quisteluk@gmail.com and we'll send a price list.
